In 2013 in partnership with Sodexo Avantaj, Poligon Interactive was tapped to reshape Sodexo Avantaj’s digital marketing activities. Our first task was to ensure that we had compatible communication styles. Meetings were held, discussions were carried out and the result revealed that our partnership felt like a good cultural fit. Sodexo Avantaj also checked if our previous work had a range that included what their audience would like. In the end, our references, technical and marketing expertise led the way through.
Reorganising Sodexo Avantaj digital marketing activites included a number of different tasks on different platforms. We created a brand new corporate website, developed two mobile applications, build up social media presence, created and maintained several newsletter subscriber groups for e-mail marketing, carried out PPC and SEM campaigns, developed Sodexo affiliates network portal, created several microsites for campaigns and planned media buying for these campaigns.
We know that digital marketing is a never ending story. Especially, for a highly successful worldwide company like Sodexo Avantaj, at Poligon Interactive, we are looking for ideas that solve business problems regardless of the digital platform. Rather than trying to be conventional, we changed our creative brief toward focusing on measurable effective solution finding. Whatever the objectives of digital marketing we do for Sodexo Avantaj are (increasing awareness, brand image, esteem, sales, loyalty), we always try to define and achieve KPIs and ROIs.
